Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2017 (Research Management Guidelines), DepEd Order No. 42 s. 2017 (Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers) and DepEd Order No. 024, s. 200 (Philippine Professional Standards for School Heads), this office, through the initiative of the Planning and Research Unit and the Schools Division Research Committee, shall conduct a survey in preparation for the launching of PROJECT EMTaR (Every Master Teacher a Researcher) and ESHaRe (Every School Head a Researcher) on January 2022.
