In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 305 s.2026, In pursuit of the highest standards of integrity, discipline, and operational efficiency in the conduct of the 2026 Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC), and in reference to Regional Memorandum No. 152, s.2026, the following directives, clarifications, and compliance requirements are hereby issued. These measures are intended to ensure uniform implementation across all Schools Division Offices and to safeguard the credibility, fairness, and orderly management of all conference activities.
