Resubmission of PNPKI Application Form and Excel by Batch

Relative to the submission of PNPKI Application, the Department of Information and

Communication Technology (DICT) has requested that the above-mentioned form and file

be submitted by batches and the observed errors must be corrected to ensure that the

excel file will be accepted by the PNPKI system once uploaded.
