In reference to Audit Observation Memorandum dated March 2, 2022, and as mandated by DepEd Order No. 8 s. 2019 on the Revised Implementing Guidelines on the Direct Release, Use, Monitoring, and Reporting of MOOE Allocation of Schools, Including Other Funds managed by Schools, Section VI. Reporting Requirements, this Office hereby advises all school heads of the non-implementing units (NIUs) to comply on the posting of schools' expenditures and other sources of funding on the Transparency Board as required under Section 2 of RA 9485 (Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007).
