Pursuant to the Regional Memorandum No. 1077, s. 2022, entitled " MAKABATANG SURVEY" this office through the School Governance Operations Division (SGOD) requests all learners to fill out a survey form which can be accessed through the link: https://bit.ly/3enXk5z All teachers are instructed to assist the learners within their advisory classes in answering the said survey form.
