In reference to the Regional Memorandum No. 338, s. 2026, this Office, through Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), informs the field that the Department of Education Regional Office I and FPT Information System (FPT IS) Company Limited forged a partnership to deliver innovative technology solutions that will transform teaching and learning activities. This collaboration introduces Khao Thi Online (KTO), a comprehensive digital management platform for testing and assessment that directly supports the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program under Republic Act No. 12028.
