In preparation for the Region I Athletic Association (RIAA) Meet 2023 which will be held in San Carlos City, Pangasinan on May 14-19, 2023, and in order to maintain the stability of the of the athletes the SDO I Pangasinan Winning Athletes, Coaches, and Chaperons will have a Twenty-Day In-School Sports Training from April 10 to May 8, 2023, except Saturdays and Sundays but with precaution and safety measures.
