Aligned with DepEd Order 35, s. 2016, which institutionalized the Learning Action Cell (LAC) as a school-based continuing professional development strategy, and the Collaborative Expertise (CE) Day, which provides an opportunity to foster a culture of collaboration and shared expertise within and across schools, this Office announces the implementation of LAC or CE Sessions in all public elementary and secondary schools as a strategic component of the Work Application Plan (WAP).
