In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 1202, s. 2021, this Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division informs the field that the Department of Science and Technology Region 1 (DOST R1) shall conduct the STARBOOKS Stakeholders' Regional Convention as a part of the celebration of the 2021 National Science and Technology Week (NSTW) with the theme "Agham at Teknolohiya: Tugon sa Hamon ng Panahon" on November 9-10, 2021.
