The Schools Division Office I Pangasinan reiterates the ABSOLUTE TOBACCO SMOKING BAN INCLUDING THE USE OF VAPE AND OTHER ELECTRONIC NICOTINE AND NON - NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEM IN SCHOOLS AND DEPED OFFICES (ENNDS) pursuant to DepEd Order No. 48 s. 2016 or the Policy and Guidelines on the Comprehensive Tobacco Control, DepEd Memorandum No. 111 s. 2019 or Prohibiting the Use of E - Cigarettes and other Electronic Nicotine and Non - Nicotine Delivery System (ENNDS) and Civil Service Memorandum No. 17 s. 2009 or the Smoking Prohibition based on the 100 % Smoke - Free Environment Policy.
