OCULAR INSPECTION OF COMPETITION VENUES FOR THE SDO1P-AA MEET SCHOOL YEAR 2026-2027
In consonance with the meet's technical guidelines, we aim to ensure safe, fair, and consistent playing conditions for all participating athletes. All Tournament Managers (refer to the attached enclosure) together with select technical officials are requested to conduct an ocular inspection of their assigned competition venues ahead of the event. Any find gaps or deficiencies shall be attended promptly to avoid last—minute concerns during the meet.
