PROVISION OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SCHOOLS UNDER THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP FOR SCHOOL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT (PSIP III) IN COMPLETING THE SITE VALIDATION ASSESSMENT REPORT (SVAR)

In reference to the Joint Memorandum dated January 23, 2026 issued by the Office of the Undersecretary for Strategic Management and the Office of the Undersecretary for Human Resource and Organizational Development and Infrastructure, and in line with the implementation of the Public-Private Partnership for School Infrastructure Project (PSIP) III, this Office, through the Education Facilities Unit (EFU), shall provide technical assistance to

concerned public elementary and secondary schools in the preparation and completion of the Site Validation Assessment Report (SVAR).
