PREPARATION OF INTEGRATED GENERAL PLAN OF ACTION (I-GPOA) AND OTHER ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS OF LEARNER ORGANIZATIONS IN SCHOOL FOR SY 2024-2025
In compliance with DepEd Order No. 31 s. of 2022, titled Child Rights Policy: Adopting the Rights-Based Education (RBE) Framework in Basic Philippine Education which states that “In RBE, DepEd programs pertaining to child protection, student governance and participation... are not viewed as extra, disparate or peripheral programs in basic education” and with reference to the OUOPS No. 2023-03 Memorandum titled Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government Program (LGP), the crafting of the General Plan of Action (GPOA) is an essential activity of the learner government to lay down the blueprint of learner organizations in the school for the entire school year.
