Relative to the OUA MEMO-00-032-0129- re Online School Preparedness Form for the Project Public Education Network, the Department of Education (DepEd) is now implementing the Public Education Network (PEN) as government's response to the issues that confront the Philippine Education.The main purpose of this project is to establish connectivity from Schools to DepEd Colocation servers using data transport or private line (without internet service).
