In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 17, s. 2026 and Memorandum DM- LS-2025-l84, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs the field that the Bureau of learning Delivery-Teaching and Learning Division (BLD-TLD) will spearhead the National Reorientation on Strengthening Early Literacy Instruction through the Science of Reading (S0R) cum Consultative Workshop on Structured Pedagogy on February 25-27, 2026 at Olongapo City for Luzon 1 Cluster.
