Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 2024-01-06839 dated August 27, 2024 and Regional Memorandum No. 1017 s. 2024 dated August 30, 2024, the Off‌ice of the President - Social Secretary’s Off‌ice (OP-SOSEC) is organizing its third-year implementation of a national parol-making competition called “lsang Bituin, Isang Mithiin with the theme: Harmonies of Hope: Illuminating Filipino Resilience", incorporating traditional parol designs and techniques with innovative elements showcasing our commitment towards national progress.
