Inclusion of Homeroom Guidance (HG) for SY 2021-2022

In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 1418, s. 2021 and Advisory from the office of the undersecretary for Curriculum and Instruction, this office through the Curriculum Implementation Division informs all concerned that the Homeroom Guidance letter grade shall no longer be reflected in the SF-9 (Report Card) and SF-10 (Form 137).
