Pursuant to the attached Regional Memorandum No. 786, s. 2014 entitled Various Activities Pertaining to Learner Rights and Protection (LRP), the following personnel are advised to attend the Regional Training of Trainers for the Utilization of Positive Discipline Learning Action Cell (LAC) Sessions in the Field Offices scheduled in J&V Hotel and Resort, San Fernando City, La Union (the venue shall be contained in separate memorandum by the regional office) on October 28-30, 2024:
