Reference is made to the attached Regional DRRM Council Memorandum No. 58, s.2025 entitled "Commencement and Call for Entries for the 25th Gawad KALASAG Seal and Special Awards for Excellence in Disaster Risk Reduction & Management and Humanitarian Assistance CY 2025." The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), through the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD), officially opens the call for entries for the 25th Gawad KALASAG (KAlamidad at Sakuna LAbanan, SAriling Galing ang Kaligtasan) Seal and Special Awards for Excellence in Disaster Risk Reduction & Management and Humanitarian Assistance on May 2, 2025.
