Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2016, the Youth Formation of the Schools Division intends to promote sustainable and strategic implementation. monitoring and reporting of priority and flagship youth formation Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) in the division, school district, and school levels, respectively, through the Schools Division Office 1 Pangasinan-Youth Formation-Coordinating Council (SDO 1 Pangasinan - YF-CC).
