In order to have uniformity in managing the validation of the cleansing undertaken in all schools in the division, please inform all the school Supply Officers, Property Custodians and Administrative Officers II (Elementary and Secondary Schools) to prepare for an on-site validation of the cleansing documents submitted to the Asset Management Unit.
