This memorandum is being issued to emphasize the urgency of the anti-dengue drive through the 4S Strategy which stands for Search and destroy, Seek early consultation, Self-protective measures, and Support fogging/spraying in hotspot areas. It also reiterates and enforces previous Memoranda on dengue to protect the school populace from this disease.
