In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 21, s. 2026, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs the field that the Bureau of Alternative Education issues the enclosed Administrative Note on the conduct of the Orientation for ALS Supervisors (Regional and Division ALS Focal Persons) and ALS Teachers on the Identification and Referral of Learners with Disabilities in the Alternative Leaming System (Luzon Cluster) which is rescheduled to January 13-16, 2026.
