In accordance with Republic Act No. 7079, also known as the Campus Journalism Act of 1991, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), specifically Rule IX, Section I, this office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), announces the conduct of the 2026 DIVISION SCHOOLS PRESS CONFERENCE (DSPC) at Bayambang National High School, Bayambang, Pangasinan, from February 18-20, 2026.
