In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 731, s. 2025 and in support of the implementation of Republic Act No. 11106, also known as the Filipino Sign Language Act. this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) hereby enjoins the utilization of the contextualized Filipino Sign Language (FSL) Video Tutorials as a supplementary learning resource for learners who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing, as well as for teachers, parents, and school personnel engaged in inclusive education.
