This pertains to the implementation of the Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) on ensuring quality-assured assessment for certification of Senior High School (SHS) Technical Vocational Livelihood (TVL) Track which was signed last May 10, 2024. The program aims to maintain the quality and integrity of competency assessment for certification program towards enhancing the job readiness of SHS TVL learners.
