With reference to Regional Memorandum No. 410 s. 2023 the School Management Monitoring and Evaluation (SMME) unit together with the Regional and Division Field Technical Assistance Team (DFTAT) shall conduct onsite visit to select schools in line with DO 26, s. 2022 on the establishment of Functional SGCS. The results of the assessment shall be used as information in identifying priority areas that support and provide assistance from the different governance levels.
