SURVEY ON THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATIONALIZATION OF LOCAL LITERACY COUNCIL

In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 939, s. 2026, and Republic Act No. 7165, titled, "An Act Creating the Literacy Coordinating Council, Defining its Powers and Functions, Approaching Funds Therefor, and for Other Purposes" as amended by the Republic Act 130 No. 10122, "An Act Strengthening the Literacy Coordinating Council by amending Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2024 titled, Guidelines on the Creation, Reconstitution, and Strengthening of Local Literacy Councils (LLCS) ", this Office, through Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs the field that the Department of Education shall conduct the Survey on the Establishment and Operationalization of Local Literacy Councils.
