In line with the National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 591 — “Implementation of

the Fourth Tranche of the Modif‌ied Salary Schedule for Civilian Personnel in

the National Government as embodied in Republic Act (RA) No. 11466, all

employees shall submit an updated and validated Service Record ref‌lecting

the Fourth Tranche Salary Increase including the Step Increment.
