In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 370, s. 2026 and Advisory No. 10, s. 2026 from the Office of the Director of Bureau of Education Assessment, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) reiterates the Submission of Senior High School Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (SHS LNA) Scoresheets. The Bureau of Education Assessment requests the teachers in the sampled schools listed in Annex A in the attached memo to submit the accomplished automated scoresheet for their respective classes through the following link: https://forms.gle/LiWzkcbtPZc7xrpa6 on or before March 31, 2026.
