In reference to Regional Memorandum no. 45, s. 2026 and DM-LS2025-009, titled "Participation in the Online Teacher Survey, Focus Group Discussions, and Field Validation Activities for the National Baseline Study on Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC) and Values Education (VE) Implementation," this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division requests all District Offices to submit the number of teachers currently teaching GMRC/VE/ESP in their respective districts for consolidation.
