SUBMISSION OF LIST OF DISTRICT SCREENING & ACCREDITATION COMMITTEES AND MASTER LIST OF THE DIVISION QUALIFIERS FOR VERIFICATION & VALIDATION OF DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS OF ATHLETES, COACHES
In support of the upcoming SDO lP-AA Meet to be held on November 13- 15, 2026 and to ensure the orderly, transparent, and credible conduct of the verification and validation of documentary requirements of all participating athletes, coaches and chaperones on October 20-22, 2026, this Office requires the submission of the official composition of the District Screening and Accreditation Committees and the Master List of Division Qualifiers from all schools districts/municipalities under this division.
