The Department of Education Schools Division Office I Pangasinan issued Division Memorandum No. 038, series 2024 re: Guidelines on the use of AIHelpDesk as an online Customer Service and Support System for IT Related Issues and Concerns in SDO I Pangasinan dated January 17, 2024.
The system can only be accessed using School O365 Account, registered as Authorized System User (ASU). To ensure that the school will have a continuous access to the system when the ASU account is suspended, cancelled or inaccessible, an alternate ASU account will be registered. Only the designated School ICT Coordinator O365 account will be registered as alternate ASU.
