In line with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Pangasinan San Carlos-City Council Off‌ice Memorandum No. 06, s. 2024 dated October 28, 2024, this office announces that the 44th Pangasinan-San Carlos City Council Jamboree and Kid/Kab Palabas &. Palaro 2024 which was originally scheduled at Sitio Apoler, Brgy. Tobuan, Labrador, Pangasinan on November 7-10, 2024, is hereby rescheduled on November 14-17, 2024.
