In reference to the Advisory from DepEd Central Office, this Office through the SGOD - Social Mobilization and Networking Unit would like to reiterate that all Adopt-a-School Program reports, shall be accomplished and submitted to the Central Office through the DepEd Partnerships Database System (DPDS) is on or before the 6th of the succeeding month (see attached advisory for reference).
