In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 1380, s. 2025 re: Regional Quality Assurance of Video Lessons/ Multimedia Learning Resources for the Alternative Delivery Mode Education in Emergencies (ADM EIEs) Learners, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs the field that the Department of Education's thrust to provide equitable access to quality education for all learners specially those geographically isolated, and at-risk learners, supplements the utilization of the tablets released for ADM Learners through the issuance of PSF Sub-Allotment Release Order (Sub-ARO) for the implementation of the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM).
