In reference to Regional Memorandum 697 s. 2026 and Memorandum DM-OULS— 2026-221 dated June 5, 2026 titled Pilot Administration of the Literacy and Numeracy Knowledge (LiNK) Tests, this Office, through Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), informs the field that the Department of Education shall conduct the pilot administration of the LiNK Tests to support the development of a harmonized diagnostic assessment system that aligns literacy and numeracy assessments across grade levels and key stages.
