With reference to the attached Regional Memorandum No. 1683, s. 2024, the Pambansang Samahan ng Tagapaghubog ng Pilipinas (PSTP) - Region 1, in collaboration with the DepEd Regional Office 1 through the Education Support Services Division - the Learner Formation Arm is gearing up for the 2nd Mangidaulo Rehiyon Uno: Regional Learners Convergence which will take place at Ynad's Place Hotel and Resort, Namtutan, City of San Fernando, La Union on December 16-18, 2024.
