In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 1295, s. 2026, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Implementation Division (CID) informs the field that in support of the implementation of the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning Program (ARAL) Program and the continuing of efforts to strengthen foundational literacy with among learners, the Department Education Regional Office I, in partnership with the of field that in support, Gokongwei Brothers Foundation (GBF), informs the field of the continuation of the GBF Class Builder Reading Remediation Program for teachers serving as ARAL Tutors for Key Stage 1 Reading Remediation.
