In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 387, s. 2026, and DepEd Memorandum No. 021, s. 2026, titled ''2026 National Schools Press Conference," and consistent with the Department's continuing implementation of Republic Act No. 7079, otherwise known as the Campus Journalism Act of 1991, this Office, through Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), announces the participation of DepEd Region I in the 2026 National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) to be held on April 13-17, 2026 in Ormoc City, Leyte, hosted by DepEd Region VITI together with the DepEd Division of Ormoc City.
