Orientation of School Heads on Adopt-A-School Program and Partnerships Building Strategies

DepEd Order No.40, 3.2015 states that “to achieve the goals of the K to 12 Program, the Department of Education (DepEd) needs to enter into partnerships with different groups in the f‌ields of work immersion opportunities for public Senior High School (SHS) learners, use of facilities and equipment, additional teacher training opportunities, and additional resources in the form of donations”. Also, it is mentioned that partnership-building activities shall be carried out by the school heads who shall designate someone to assist him / her. Thus, a need to conduct an orientation to the newly designated District Partnership Focal Persons shall be addressed.
