Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 02, s. 2015, otherwise known as the Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education, this office announces the conduct of OPCRF YEAR END ASSESSMENT FOR SCHOOL HEADS FOR SY 2023-2024 on the set date and venue.
In the New Normal Education, classes opened last August 29, 2023 and ended last May 31, 2024. For school-based personnel like school heads and teachers, performance cycle is within the School Year. Hence, year-end assessment shall be conducted as a form of performance evaluation, coaching and mentoring, and technical assistance.
