ONLINE ORIENTATION ON PHILGEPS 1.5 AND MODERNIZED PHILGEPS
1. This Office, through the Bids and Awards Committee, announces the conduct of an ONLINE ORIENTATION ON PHILGEPS 1.5 AND MODERNIZED PHILGEPS on June 3, 2025 (Wednesday), at 1:00 P.M. via Microsoft Teams.
2. The activity aims to:
a. orient participants on the features and processes of the Old PhilGEPS (1.5) and Modernized PhilGEPS;
b. provide guidance on procurement-related transactions and posting procedures; and
c. address issues and concerns encountered in the use of the PhilGEPS platforms.
3. Participants to this activity are the designated school/property/procurement personnel and other concerned personnel involved in procurement processes.
