INVITATION TO THE ONLINE PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON THE DRAFT IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (IRR) OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12313 (LIFELONG LEARNING DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK [LLDF] ACT)

With reference to Regional Memorandum No. 272 s. 2026, in line with DepEd's continuing efforts to strengthen lifelong learning initiatives and ensure broad stakeholders involvement to the Philippine Qualifications Framework-National Coordinating Council (PQF-NCC), this Office hereby informs all concerned personnel to facilitate the participation of Local School Board (LSB)-Representatives to the Online Public Consultation on the Draft Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12313, otherwise known as the LLDF Act.
