In reference to Regional Memorandum 875, s.2024, re: Invitation to the Annual Congress, the National Library of the Philippines and the Provincial Government of Pangasinan in partnership with the Association of Pangasinan Public Librarians, Inc. (APPLI), the Philippine Association of Librarians, Inc. (PASLI), and the ASEAN Public Libraries Information Network (APLIN) will conduct the 8th International Conference on Children and Young Adults Librarianship (8th ICCYAL) from October 01 to 04, 2024 at Sison Auditorium, Lingayen, Pangasinan with the theme "ICYMI: Libraries and Community are Co- Partners in Advancing Exemplary Children and Young Adults Library Services".
