INTEGRATED GENERAL PLAN OF ACTION (I-GPOA) OF DIVISION FEDERATED LEARNER ORGANIZATIONS FOR SY 2025-2026 IN COLLABORATION WITH DIVISION LEARNER FORMATION

In compliance with DepEd Order No. 31 s. 2022 titled Child Rights Policy: Adopting the Rights-based Education (RBE) Framework in Basic Philippine Education which states that "In RBE, DepEd programs pertaining to child protection, student governance and participation... are not viewed as extra or peripheral programs in basic education," and with reference to the Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government Program (LGP) contained in OUOPS No. 2023-03 dated May 5, 2023, the crafting of General Plan of Action (GPOA) is an essential activity of the learner government which is intended to lay down the blueprint of Projects, Programs and Activities (PPAs) of the learner organization for the school year.
