(CID) informs the field that the Department of Education (DepEd) reaffirms its commitment to ensure every learner to complete the basic quality education with the necessary competencies and skills for higher education and / or the world of work or for entrepreneurship. DepEd Regional Office 1 through the Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD), supports the implementation of the Summer Academic Remedial Program (SARP) to enhance learners competencies from one grade level to the another.
