IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAMS UNDER THE DEPED SDO 1 PANGASINAN - PHILIPPINE RED CROSS PARTNERSHIP
This Memorandum is issued to inform all public elementary and secondary schools that the Department of Education — Schools Division Office I Pangasinan and the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Pangasinan formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on June 29, 2026 to strengthen collaboration in promoting learner safety, health, disaster preparedness, humanitarian education, volunteerism, and community resilience. Through this partnership, various programs and initiatives shall be implemented in support of safe, healthy, and resilient learning environments.
