In reference to Dcplflcl Memorandum No. 018, s. 2026 - Implementation of Energy Conservation Protocols and Flexible Work Arrangements in the DepEd Pursuant to MC No. 114. all non-teaching and related teaching personnel (School and Division Office) of SDO I Pangasinan shall adopt a four-day onsite compressed work arrangement from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, effective March 9, 2026 to complete the 40 hours of work per week. This measure is in line with the Department's directive to conserve energy' while ensuring continuous delivery of government service.
