This is in reference to the OUA—OUT Memorandum No. 011023-11-2 dated October 13, 2023 titled ICT Data Collection for Teachers and Students.
The Office of the Undersecretary for Administration is requesting data for teachers and students. Each school shall accomplish the survey template through the link indicated in the above-mentioned Memorandum. Division Office lTOs and Planning Officers shall validate the data from the schools. Deadline of submission shall be on or before October 17, 2023.
